As a hands-on nurse leader, she combines cultural sensitivity with a strong regulatory and administrative foundation to ensure every client receives individualized care. Her leadership shapes a home health agency that centers the voices and needs of patients and families.

Julius Musiwa, RN, BSc Bio & Biochem
Julius works in a progressive care unit (PCU), where he supports medically complex patients with precision and empathy. Prior to his nursing career, he spent years teaching — a background that now informs his thoughtful communication, staff mentorship, and patient education. Julius brings a rare blend of clinical discipline and a teacher’s patience to his role in guiding agency operations.

Clinical Director
Dr. Kristie Flamm has been a nurse for 38 years and a nurse practitioner for 27 of those years. She holds a doctorate in patient-centered interprofessional care and has provided clinical leadership across a variety of healthcare settings. In Columbus, OH, she founded and directed an interprofessional clinic serving at-risk and marginalized populations. As Clinical Director of Aegis Zen Living, Dr. Flamm helps oversee daily operations and ensures the delivery of collaborative, individualized, and specialized nursing services in the community.
Physical Therapist
Tracy Caroll, PT, MPH
Tracy is a dedicated physical therapist with over 35 years of experience across hospital, outpatient, and home health settings. She holds a degree in Physical Therapy from Northern Arizona University and a Master’s in Public Health, giving her a unique perspective on health equity and patient care.
Tracy specializes in adult rehabilitation, including neurologic and orthopedic care, wound care, prosthetics, and home safety assessments. Her personal experience caring for a sibling with Down Syndrome and dementia deeply informs her compassionate, patient-centered approach—especially when supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).
